Job Description

Family Office Controller (Full- or Part-Time) | Sheboygan, WI We are a growing family office based in Sheboygan, WI seeking a trusted, detail-oriented Family Office Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and financial planning across multiple family-owned entities. This role may be full-time or average approximately 30 hours per week with flexibility. Why Join Us

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships across entities.
  • Process payroll and coordinate with external CPA firm on tax-related reporting.
  • Partner with ownership on financial performance, investment activity, and cash flow planning.
  • Support real estate administration, including lease tracking and financial oversight.
  • Attend and prepare meeting agendas and minutes and assist with special projects.
  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff while improving processes and controls. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience in a family office, public accounting, real estate, investment management, or multi-entity environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information, multiple entities, and competing priorities. Compensation & Benefits
