full-time I am looking to hire a full-time Plant Controller for a reputable manufacturing company here in Oak Creek, WI (53154). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.
Pay:
$115,000 - $130,000 (based on experience) &
Benefits Bonus:
15% target bonus

Schedule:
1st shift,
M-F Remote:
Mostly onsite, but some flexibility
Responsibilities:
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies Monitoring and enforcing internal controls Prepare financial and capital budgets by creating and updating financial schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, and providing financial recommendations Achieves budget objectives by analyzing and reporting on variances Responsible for tracking and monitoring financial results from Procurement and CI led initiatives, and other plant profitability initiatives identified through the company's budgeting, S&OP Travel required- Specifically, but not limited to local, domestic and onternational within North America for training and company business as required
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in business management, accounting, or finance 5+ years experience in manufacturing industry (or public with mfg clients) Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports, statements, projections Strong communication skills
