Job Description

Assistant Controller Salary:
$140,000–$160,000 +

Assistant Controller:
Oversee the month-end close process and ensure financial results are completed accurately and within established deadlines Manage cash flow and liquidity planning, including preparation and maintenance of a rolling 13-week cash forecast Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting account analyses Provide leadership and oversight to accounting personnel, including accounts payable and general accounting team members Support the preparation of accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting Coordinate audit requirements and assist with year-end and other financial reporting activities Oversee and support accounting activities related to consolidations, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and lease accounting Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting policies, procedures, and workflows Partner with finance and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Support acquisition integrations and other strategic accounting and finance initiatives as the organization continues to grow Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong background in month-end close and financial reporting Previous experience leading, managing, and developing accounting team members Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and cash management Experience working in a growing, fast-paced, or evolving organization preferred
Compensation:
