Corporate Controller:
- Serve as the senior accounting leader responsible for centralized accounting operations across all locations
- Oversee preparation of accurate, timely financial statements for the organization
- Maintain ownership of the general ledger and close process, ensuring consistency and integrity
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and manage audit readiness and execution
- Lead and develop the accounting team, providing coaching, oversight, and clear expectations
- Support acquisition activity, including purchase accounting and integration of new entities
- Prepare to step into broader leadership responsibility as part of a planned succession strategy Qualifications of the
Corporate Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior Controller experience
- Strong background in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing close processes
