Location:
Lake Geneva, WI Compensation:
$195K + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Compensation (Potential flexibility on compensation)
Team:
Manage a team of 4 Key Responsibilities Lead finance and accounting for the facilities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and capital tracking. Partner closely with operations to track cost variances, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and capital spending. Report financial results, forecasts, and key performance metrics to leadership. Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and
GAAP/SOX
compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and track performance against key benchmarks. Support capital investment, pricing, and contract decisions through financial analysis. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and support internal and external audits. Qualifications Plant Controller or manufacturing finance leadership experience. Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis. Extensive experience managing inventory and inventory controls. Experience developing and maintaining SOX-aligned internal controls. Proficiency with ERP systems.
Preferred:
CPA/CMA, MBA, and/or public accounting experience. #PCFA
