Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Examines and processes new insurance policies, complex renewals, endorsements, and cancellations using various systems. Enters or loads data into appropriate systems and researches and resolves data errors. Generates and distributes policy documents, certificates of insurance, and other related materials. Organizes, prepares, and updates reports. Determines and adjusts billing status as needed. Identifies opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Performs other duties as assigned.
