About This Role In this role as a Quality Control Representative for Covered Insurance, you will play a crucial part in the policy life cycle. Specifically, you will be responsible for policies from the point of binding through the first 90 days. Your strong attention to detail will be essential to ensure all policy details comply with the requirements set by both our Lenders and Carriers. About You And Your Experience Strong Writing and Verbal Communication Skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Reliable, Quick Learner with a Positive Attitude and mindset Problem solver, critical thinker when presented with a challenge Able to quickly adapt to various Insurance Carrier Platforms, G Suite & OmniChannel Proactive with internal and external communications within team members Background in Insurance or Mortgage a plus, but not required Current Property and Casualty License strongly preferred, but not required. Office Experience required.

Role Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Processing policies post bind. Reviewing carrier underwriting requirements Processing effective date and coverage changings Working closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition for the customer Receive and place phone calls with customers, insurance carriers and financial institutions Contacting the customers or mortgage companies on outstanding payments Ensure applications are signed by the customer and uploaded to the carrier websites Checking Policy Status on Carrier Websites and document into our AMS System (Hubspot) Updating Premium information and Any Updates with in the first 90 days of the policy life cycle Updating Mortgage Information Upon Request Aggregating and uploading policy documents into Hubspot and EZLynx Process customer and Carrier inquiries via Hubspot in a timely manner. Keep QC management informed of underwriting issues for training purposes. You Say Benefits?
