Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating insurance applications and determining appropriate rates
• Learn to analyze data and assess risk factors
• Collaborate with senior raters to understand underwriting guidelines
• Provide support in preparing quotes and proposals
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for rating purposes
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are beneficial
• Basic understanding of benefits administration
• Interest in outside sales and telemarketing
• Negotiation skills are advantageous
