Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Western Horizon Insurance is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, experienced, relationship-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This is an important role on our team. You'll work closely with a producer to manage an established book of business, take great care of our clients, and help make sure the details, follow-up, and day-to-day service are handled well from start to finish. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, pays attention to the details, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Health insurance Profit sharing 3 weeks accrued PTO Paid holidays 401(k) plan Every other Friday half-day option Supportive, team-focused work environment What you'll be doing: Providing excellent service to existing clients Working closely with the producer to manage and maintain a book of business Processing policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and client requests Assisting with renewals, remarketing, and gathering information for quotes Reviewing policies, coverages, limits, deductibles, and client information for accuracy Preparing proposals, renewal comparisons, and client-facing documents Following up with clients, carriers, and underwriters Identifying coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities within the existing book Keeping client files, documentation, signatures, and policy information organized and complete Navigating multiple carrier websites and agency systems Learning and working within EZLynx Helping make sure clients feel well taken care of from start to finish We're looking for someone who: Has previous Property & Casualty insurance experience - 2 years preferred Has a P&C license, or is willing to obtain one Has strong customer service and communication skills Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize Follows through and takes ownership of assigned work Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team Is willing to learn, ask questions, and adapt Is comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, Word, and similar programs Brings a positive attitude, works well with the rest of our team, and enjoys having some fun along the way Insurance experience is preferred, but we are absolutely willing to train and license the right candidate.
