Omaha, NE Contingent position with potential for long-term opportunity Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, plus our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cancellations & Filing Specialist to support underwriting operations for a respected insurance organization. In this role, you will process policy cancellations, prepare legal notices, maintain motor carrier filings, and communicate with agents and regulatory contacts to obtain required documentation and resolve routine issues. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Process cancellation-related endorsements and policy transactions Prepare and issue cancellation and renewal notices Maintain motor carrier filings using internal and external systems Communicate with agents and regulatory personnel regarding missing information and required documentation Ensure compliance with company and regulatory filing procedures Research routine issues, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations when needed Maintain accurate records and meet established deadlines Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or equivalent work experience preferred 1+ years of office, administrative, insurance, or related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Customer service experience and professional communication skills preferred Insurance terminology or underwriting knowledge is a plus
