Job Overview About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a part-time role, focused on supporting our Personal Lines department. The position will provide the applicant the opportunity to be part of an experienced team, learn the insurance industry, and become a licensed insurance agent. Training & Career Development Our agency will sponsor and fund your preparation to earn your New Jersey Insurance License. Salary Range:

Eagerness to learn and ability to work well in a team environment. Comfortable with basic computer systems and willingness to learn industry-specific tools. No prior insurance experience is required - we will provide training. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist with reviewing and rating existing client insurance programs for their renewal terms. Identify opportunities to improve coverage and/or reduce costs for existing clients upon renewal. Work closely with the Personal Lines team to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in client service and policy management. Support the department with administrative and follow-up tasks related to client accounts.
