• ( 2600853 ) US-OH-Fairfield Description The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are currently seeking undergraduate participants for the Summer 2027 Future Insurance Professionals program based at our headquarters in Fairfield, OH .

This immersive opportunity is a joint program between The Cincinnati Insurance Companies and our independent agencies. During this program, we will provide three weeks of hands-on training and classes. Participants receive high-level overviews of personal and commercial insurance and spend time on underwriting teams to observe how accounts are underwritten. You will have the opportunity to shadow Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Excess & Surplus Lines underwriters, along with Claims and Loss Control associates. Participants will experience valuable lessons and gain relationship knowledge between agents and carriers through interactions. This is a 3-week program set for May 17th

• June 4th.

Eligible candidates are:
