LOCATION
BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. 220 E. 8th Street, Suite B Tulsa, OK 74119 HOURS Full Time, 8am -5pm, Monday thru Friday BancFirst Insurance Services, Inc. (BFINS) currently has an opening for an employee benefits insurance assistant position in our Oklahoma City office. Training will be provided. BFINS is a growing and dynamic independent insurance agency offering a very competitive compensation and benefit package. Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer and supporting software including, and not limited to Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Publisher and advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Supports the Account Manager and Producer with tasks such as client marketing, preparation of materials for open enrollment, reviewing insurance applications, processing enrollments/terminations and changes with carriers, maintaining client data in the Agency Management System, and other job related duties and special projects as assigned.
