We have been in operation since 1962 and are nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M.Best. We are looking for a Legal Notice Processor to join our team!Summary:
Responsible for processing all legal notices as requested by underwriting utilizing ODEN Policy Terminator web-based system A typical day will include the following: Reviews insurance statutes to ensure compliance with time notification requirements of all notices issued Orders loss runs to accompany legal notices in states where applicable May suggest language to Underwriting to ensure legal notice wording meets statutory requirements Processes conditional renewal, non-renewal and cancellation notices (other than non-payment) as requested by underwriting Runs Cognos reports to monitor daily workflow Maintains a scanned repository in InsidePHLY of all postal logs of notices Updates PATH system to reflect appropriate status via log entries Batches daily notices for distribution to mailroom Orders MVR's as requested by Underwriting when capacity exists (depending upon volume and expected turnaround time)EEO Statement:
