They are seeking a Borrower Assistant Associate to assist borrowers with resolution of debt repayment. Requirements:

Drive to assist customers with delinquent accounts. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to navigate multiple tools to research, locate and contact consumers. Strong communication, computer, interpersonal and math skills. Ability to assist with special projects. High school diploma or equivalent and prior banking experience preferred.
