Shift/Hours:
40hours/week, 8:30 am - 5pm
Work Model:
3 days in office/ 2 days WFH Interview process-1 interview, potentially a panel interview by hiring manager and potentially additional team member(s)
Job Summary:
This Business Assistant will primarily support Client's Business Continuity team as it executes a host of annual business deliverables. The role supports the program's initiatives by reviewing data submissions for accuracy; taking direction on how to look up, track, and validate data; follow up with concise, well-drafted communication with business partners to correct deficient data; and move data from various sources into a consolidated format.
Job Responsibilities:
Address projects as requested, assist in supporting projects as assigned Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data Compare data with source documents, detect errors, follow up to rectify discrepancies Maintain logs of activities and completed work Analyze data for accuracy and identify trends Deliver all projects with precision and attention to detail Execute tasks in accordance with corporate writing and design standards or SOP Ensure prep time and milestone activities to meet deadlines Work in collaboration with team members to achieve goals
Skills:
Acute attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with computer applications, such as MS Word (using standardized templates and drafting without templates), Outlook (create and respond to email), Excel (projects that require input, validation and movement of data). Ability to work independently and be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Organization, Problem solving, and Interpersonal skills. Time Management - Ability to manage and meet deadlines. Provide quality service within a high-volume environment
Education/Experience:
Minimum associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Minimum 2-4 years' experience in corporate office environment preferred.
