Candidates must be positive, enthusiastic and client driven. The primary function of this position will be to provide support to our Account Managers.

Requirements:

• Exposure to commercial or personal lines insurance .
• Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload.
• Sound communication skills with team members.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft suite of products.
• Ability to work in team environment with positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Job Duties :

• Ensure proper documentation in agency management system.
• Follow up with insureds for signed documents.
• Quote new business insurance policies.
• Remarket renewals when necessary to provide best terms and conditions.
• Update and make changes to policies at customers' request.
• Various additional projects.

This is a full time position with the possibility of a hybrid work schedule after a minimum of 90 days. Goodman Gravley provides competitive compensation, health, dental and vision benefits and a company matched 401k after 1 year.
