Goodman Gravley Insurance Source, a well-established independent insurance agency, is actively looking to hire an Account Support Assistant for our office in Olathe, Kansas. Candidates must be positive, enthusiastic and client driven. The primary function of this position will be to provide support to our Account Managers.

Requirements:

• Exposure to commercial or personal lines insurance .
• Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload.
• Sound communication skills with team members.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft suite of products.
• Ability to work in team environment with positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Job Duties :

• Ensure proper documentation in agency management system.
• Follow up with insureds for signed documents.
• Quote new business insurance policies.
• Remarket renewals when necessary to provide best terms and conditions.
• Update and make changes to policies at customers' request.
• Various additional projects.
