Position Responsibilities:
- + Effectively handle all incoming calls and follow up calls - up to 100% of shift handling calls + Provides superior customer service, responding to requests for interpretations of guidelines and procedures, rating inquiries and premium discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner + Research policy information and exercise underwriting authority + Escalate risks beyond designated authority level to Commercial Underwriter/Sr.
Position Qualifications:
- + One (1) year or more related Property & Casualty experience + High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred + Strong verbal, listening and written communication skill; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred + Apply professional and effective phone skills + Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills + Ability to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment + Ability to use problem-solving and decision-making skills to help customers and process work + Strong computer skills including typing, spreadsheets, word processing software and CRM applications + Must be dependable, and reliable + Work schedule may fluctuate based on business needs + This is a fully remote position.
