Minimum of 3 years experience working with brokered insurance products. Strong knowledge of multiple homeowners and commercial insurance carriers. Experience quoting, binding, and servicing brokered policies. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts and carrier relationships simultaneously. Experience with agency management systems and comparative rating platforms preferred. Self-motivated with a strong customer-first mindset. Responsibilities Quote, place, and service brokered homeowners and commercial insurance policies. Work closely with multiple insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients. Analyze coverage needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations. Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes. Maintain strong relationships with carrier representatives and underwriting partners. Collaborate with agency team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting changes, and market trends. Support retention efforts by proactively reviewing policies and identifying coverage opportunities. Ensure compliance with all agency, carrier, and regulatory requirements.
Work Location Preferred:
