Starting with advice first we look to keep you on track with core financial planning and subsequently help you manage the wealth and assets we work towards building together. Our hub office is in Oxford, CT with two additional locations for our client's convenience in Palo Alto, CA and Westchester, NY. With the help of technology, we serve clients in 20 states. Our value proposition is centered on creating and maintaining deep relationships with our clients so that we can help to "orchestrate your dreams". This is done by identifying your unique and individual goals and helping you pursue them through comprehensive planning. Overview As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and tailored financial solutions. You will assess clients' financial situations, develop personalized strategies, and guide them through investment opportunities. This position requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties Conduct thorough comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate clients' current financial status and future needs. Develop detailed wealth strategies tailored to individual client goals. Provide guidance on asset management, including investment options and portfolio diversification. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide ongoing support throughout the financial planning process. Educate clients on various financial products, services, and concepts to enhance their understanding of comprehensive financial planning. Skills Proficient in financial analysis and familiar with various financial concepts. Experience with collaboration sales techniques to effectively engage clients. Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and assessments. Familiarity with securities law to ensure compliance in all advisory practices. Proficient in using financial software for analysis, reporting, and client management. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex information to clients. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
