PM Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst II to support the Global Services Finance team with month-end close activities, operational expense forecasting, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a finance professional experienced in OpEx management, variance analysis, and ERP systems in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, process-driven, and capable of independently managing recurring financial reporting and forecasting responsibilities with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Support month-end close activities including: Journal entries Accruals and reclasses GL mapping maintenance Refresh and maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards Perform OpEx forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities impacting forecasts Support purchase order (PO) and invoice-related activities Prepare financial summaries and presentation materials for leadership Work with large datasets using advanced Excel functionality, including: Power Pivots Data consolidation Financial analysis tools Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to support reporting and operational processes Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required 2-5 years of experience in: Financial analysis FP&A Accounting OpEx or SG&A management Strong experience with: Forecasting Variance analysis Financial reporting Month-end close activities Advanced Excel skills including Power Pivot and large dataset analysis Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting: Corporate finance teams d services organizations Multi-division finance environments Experience refreshing recurring management reports Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills

Work Environment:

Onsite preferred in Marlborough, MA Hybrid flexibility may be available for local candidates Video participation required for remote meetings Fast-paced finance environment with collaborative cross-functional interaction
