This role combines financial analysis, cost accounting, and data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and support our Finance team. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization Develop and maintain cost models, budgeting frameworks, and forecasting tools Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Assist with cost analysis including product costing, margin analysis, and variance analysis Collaborate with Finance team on general accounting duties, including month-end closing cycle Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within systems and reports Support financial planning, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred) Proven experience in financial analysis and cost accounting Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing, operations, or cost-intensive environments Advanced data analytics or automation experience Understanding of pricing strategies and cost optimization techniques What We Offer Competitive salary and bonuses Comprehensive benefits package
