Financial Planning Mastery Program (FPMP) Our 18-month Financial Planning Mastery Program (FPMP) is designed to help you launch and scale with intention. This is not a traditional training program. It's a bridge from where you are today to owning a planning-driven business.
What the program includes:
A compensation structure that provides early-stage stability while you build, allowing you to focus on long-term growth and impact. Sponsorship and support for licensing if needed (Series 7, Series 66, SIE, Life, Accident & Health) Structured training with weekly accountability and coaching. A planning-first approach focused on delivering comprehensive financial advice. The ability to charge for planning and build recurring, sustainable revenue. Hands-on development to become a true fiduciary for your clients.

What You'll Need:

See:
Existing book of business with the desire and ability to evolve into a comprehensive, planning-driven advisory model. Active securities and/or insurance licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or 66; SIE; Life, Accident & Health); CFP or progress toward designation is a plus. Experience delivering or transitioning toward fee-based financial planning and managed AUM relationships. Familiarity with financial planning software such as eMoney or similar tools.
