Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Systems & Data Analyst to join our team. This hands-on, on-site role that combines Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with ERP systems support and data-driven reporting. You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ensuring accurate data flows across our multi-location operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level analyst who wants to deepen their expertise in financial systems, ERP integrations, and automation while making a visible impact on business decisions. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and financial systems to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge analytics tools and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions that support our organizational goals. Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure consistency and reliability of financial information used for decision-making. Systems, ERP & Data Management Work with our ERP system and related tools to maintain clean data flows and integrations. Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data across ERP, reporting platforms, and external sources (including EDI feeds). Assist with system enhancements, automated reporting, and process improvements. Document reporting processes, data sources, and workflows. Collaboration & Impact Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams on-site. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and financial processes. Grow into greater ownership of FP&A systems and strategic analysis. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business analysis. Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Exposure to an ERP system (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts (GAAP familiarity a plus). Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and financial modeling). Experience building or maintaining financial models and forecasts. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools (preferred but not required). Willingness to learn ERP integrations, EDI processes, and automation tools. Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally in an on-site environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to improve processes and take on more responsibility.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
