Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Present menus, recommend dishes and beverages, and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring timely delivery and proper food handling Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area to ensure a pristine environment Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a memorable dining atmosphere Support host/hostess duties when necessary by managing reservations through OpenTable and coordinating seating arrangements efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food industry standards Demonstrated skills in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience Familiarity with Toast POS systems, experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; a passion for food and hospitality is essential Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency for cashiering and cash handling, and excellent guest service orientation Join us to deliver extraordinary dining experiences that delight our guests!
