Just months after opening, Melfi's was named Best Pizza in Charleston by Eater and continues to earn regional acclaim. We are currently seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. Our menu highlights seasonal Italian cuisine, house-made pastas, thoughtfully composed small plates, and Roman-style thin-crust pizza. Our dining room balances polished, detail-driven service with a warm, energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a strong plus Understanding of basic fine dining steps of service (table maintenance, coursing, silent service, proper clearing techniques) Ability to carry multiple plates, handle glassware properly, and maintain a clean and organized station Familiarity with or willingness to learn food. Ability to remain composed and detail-focused in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism in both appearance and demeanor This role is ideal for someone early in their hospitality career who is eager to build a strong foundation in fine dining service and grow within a respected restaurant group.
