Finish Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and other detailed carpentry work. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality finished work on residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Install interior trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casing Hang and adjust interior and exterior doors Install cabinets, shelving, and built-ins Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials Repair and finish carpentry work as needed Ensure all installations are level, square, and properly aligned Read blueprints and follow project specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site Work with other trades to complete projects efficiently Requirements Proven experience as a finish carpenter Strong knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints High attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience installing custom trim or built-ins Experience with cabinet installation Construction or remodeling background Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
