Fire Extinguisher Technician Ridley Park, PA Full-time Full-time Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Extinguisher Technicians for the inspection, testing and maintenance of hand portable fire extinguishers, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of fire portable fire extinguishers
• Perform the inspections to ensure compliance with recognized codes and local regulations
• Hydrostatic testing and recharging of portable fire extinguishers
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment for testing and repairs
• Collaborate with clients to provide technical support and recommendations
• Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner

Experience:

• Prior experience as a fire extinguisher technician is helpful
• Knowledge of codes related to fire protection systems is a plus
• Background in inspection is advantageous
• Previous experience as a service technician in the fire protection industry

Job Type:

Full-time Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
