Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary role or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods.
