First Impression Specialist

Do you have excellent communication skills, a knack for organization, and a passion for martial arts? We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team!

Position:

First Impression Specialist Hours:

Monday + Tuesday 4-9. Tuesday + Thursday 5-9. Friday 5:30-9.

Pay:

$15/hour + commission on every new student sign-up

Training Center Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist potential and existing students
• Handle front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
• Basic videography tasks (capturing classes and events)
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Support sales efforts by helping new students sign up
• Use computer systems effectively to manage information

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both in-person and via phone/email
• Computer savvy (basic software and social media platforms)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic videography skills are a plus
• Sales experience helpful but not required
• Team player with a collaborative spirit We're seeking someone who is reliable and looking for a long-term role.
