We are currently seeking a punctual and hard working individual to serve as our Fish Cutter at our new brick and mortar restaurant in Johnstown, CO. This is a part-time position paying $16 per hour. As a fish cutter you would be responsible for defrosting and cutting fish filets to meet our weekly goals, adhering to quality and portion standards, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Experience with cutting fish or meat is preferred, but not required.
