Although this will be a part-time position, we are looking for someone for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

As an integral part of the member services team, our Member Services Desk Representatives are friendly and attentive team players who are expected to: Welcome individuals who enter the club in a warm and pleasant manner Assist with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling club services Manage check-ins, address questions and resolve issues appropriately Maintain cleanliness of front desk areas to contribute to an exceptional facility experience Help keep the Fitness center, Group Exercise studio, and locker rooms tidy and clean at all times Execute general bookkeeping, cashiering, filing, and clerical duties Provide guided tours of the Fitness center to prospective members Promote Fitness center staff, services, and merchandise

Requirements:

Have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience Have flexibility to work early morning, evenings, and/or weekends Possess current CPR and AED certifications, or must become certified within 30 days of employment Demonstrate strong member service skills and enjoy serving others Have excellent communication skills Possess the ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects that may weigh up to 45 pounds and be able to sit, stand, stoop or kneel frequently Able to work early morning shifts Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
