Overview As a fitness instructor at the Suncadia Swim & Fitness Center, you will use your creativity and passion for health and wellness to design individualized training programs and/or lead fitness classes for club members, clients, and resort guests. You will monitor client training sessions and maintain records of client's progress. As member of the Swim & Fitness Center team, you'll also do your part to monitor the facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and positive guest experiences.

Lead fitness classes in exercises and/or instruct personal training clients. Monitor the well-being of all participants. Enforce all fitness facility policies, rules, and regulations. Complete records and reports as needed. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas and ensure equipment and classrooms are in working order. Attend all special events, meetings, and trainings as requested and required by the Director of Wellness & Fitness Perform extra duties as requested. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age. Must possess a Personal Trainer Certification, or higher, from one of the following agencies: American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), or The Cooper Institute Current CPR and AED certification required.
