Job Description Are you a results-driven leader who thrives on sales, accountability, and building a strong team culture? Anytime Fitness in Lanoka Harbor is seeking a Fitness Sales & Operations Manager to lead daily club operations with a strong emphasis on personal training revenue growth. This is a leadership role for someone who is motivated by performance, ownership, and measurable results. The ideal candidate has a background in sales and team management, understands the fitness industry, and knows how to drive both membership and personal training growth. This is not a front desk position. This is a leadership role with real responsibility and impact. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Drive membership sales and personal training revenue Conduct consultations and sell personal training packages Match new clients with appropriate trainers Track and report sales performance Follow up with leads and maintain strong closing ratios Team Leadership Manage and support personal trainers and staff Hold team members accountable to performance standards Assist in hiring and onboarding Foster a positive, high-energy gym culture Operations Oversee daily club operations in the owner's absence Review reports and monitor key performance metrics Ensure cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality Coordinate equipment repairs as needed (with owner approval) Maintain strong member relationships and retention Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred) Management or leadership experience required Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and comfortable with accountability Passion for health and fitness Personal training certification is a plus but not required.
Compensation Base Salary:
