Fitness Specialist

The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for assisting Tribal members in achieving their fitness goals through safe and effective use of exercise equipment and work-out methods. High School Graduate or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of two (2) years experience as a personal trainer and/or experience in group exercise instruction is required. Certification for Personal Trainer and/or Fitness Instructor is also required. CPR certification is preferred. Possession of a valid State of Florida Driver's License is a requirement for this job. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Proficiency computer skills utilizing Microsoft Software packages are required. Must have the ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
