$22-$28/hr Shift - 1st Job Description This role supports the fabrication and assembly of industrial air coolers, combining fitter and welder responsibilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Team members work with steel components, tube bundles, frames, and cooler housings to ensure each unit is built to precise specifications. This position is ideal for individuals who want long-term stability, hands-on work, and the opportunity to grow their welding and fabrication skills. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble industrial air coolers to precise specifications. Work with steel components, tube bundles, frames, and cooler housings. Combine fitting and welding tasks in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in fabrication and welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural diagrams. Competency in performing 3G uphill fill root flux welding on a plate. Successful completion of an on-site bend test. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Punctuality and reliability. Willingness and ability to be trained on various tasks. Why Work Here? Employees are expected to work Monday through Friday from 5am to 5:30pm and should be open to flexible work hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK.
