What you'll do: Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards. Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to ensure safe facility conditions. Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational standards. Manage vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and documentation compliance. Coordinate purchases, cost estimates, and budget preparation for parts, equipment, and supplies. Lead third-party providers and support associate development through coaching and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies while promoting a safe, clean work environment. What you'll bring: Proven experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment in compliance with safety standards. Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations relevant to exterior facility services. Ability to manage budgets, including cost estimation and approval of purchases for parts, materials, and equipment. Skilled in troubleshooting, quality assurance inspections, and resolving customer service issues effectively. Demonstrated leadership in coaching, performance evaluations, and managing third-party service providers. Competence in vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and ensuring regulatory compliance for fleet operations.
