• Descripción del Puesto
• El Asociado de Producción se encarga de preparar y empacar productos de carne en un ambiente de trabajo rápido y con temperatura controlada. Este puesto requiere seguir normas estrictas de seguridad, limpieza y calidad alimentaria.
• Responsabilidades Principales
• + Manipular y procesar productos de carne y salchichas. + Operar maquinaria de empaque y producción de forma segura. + Verificar la calidad del producto y retirar artículos fuera de especificación. + Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada. + Seguir prácticas de manufactura (GMP) y normas de sanidad. + Apoyar tareas generales de producción según sea necesario.
• Requisitos
• + Capacidad para estar de pie por largos períodos y levantar hasta 50 lb. + Comodidad trabajando en ambientes fríos (30-45 °F). + Atención al detalle y habilidad para seguir instrucciones. + Trabajo en equipo y buena comunicación. + Experiencia en producción de alimentos o almacén es preferida, pero no requerida.
• Horario y Ambiente
• + Primer Turno de 6am - 2:30pm lunes a viernes + Segundo turno: 3:00 p.m. a 11:30 p.m., lunes a viernes. + Ambiente de producción en frío con uso obligatorio de PPE.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
