Fleet and Facilities Manager

We are looking for an organized, proactive Fleet and Facilities Manager to oversee fleet maintenance and scheduling and to support our construction teams by ensuring our facilities, tools, materials, and supplies are organized and ready. This is a hands-on role that includes material handling, inventory organization, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and consumables Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance, coordinate service and inspections Work with field teams to ensure equipment and materials are job-ready Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and cost tracking Supervise shop personnel and coordinate daily shop activities Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems Requirements

OSHA 10, DOT

Medical Card, and Telehandler Certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs. occasionally and work in a shop/yard environment This is a full-time, year-round, in-person position based in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Salary range 70-90K based on skills, experience, and qualifications and includes a company vehicle. We are an equal opportunity employer.
