Fleet Assistant Manager

Job purpose Responsible for executing fleet utilization strategy across terminals using data provided by the Fleet Analyst. Duties and responsibilities Manage fleet utilization across terminals Identify and act on underutilized equipment Execute equipment transfers and redeployments Coordinate asset placement with operations Monitor utilization and revenue performance Perform root-cause analysis on underperforming assets Escalate long-term capital decisions to Fleet Manager Accountability & Authority Owns execution of utilization and deployment Uses analyst data (not responsible for system accuracy) Can execute equipment moves Holds terminals accountable for process compliance
