Full-time Specifics:

Act as the main point of contact for all driver communication Supervise the daily performance of drivers to ensure each driver operates according to EverGreen policy and procedure, DOT rules and regulations. Responsible for coordination, scheduling, and dispatching of customer freight shipments Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned fleet of drivers Offer exceptional customer service to drivers to ensure that their professional needs are being met Monitor shipments throughout transit to effectively meet delivery schedules Persuade and motivate drivers to perform efficiently and reach revenue goals. Work cooperatively with customer service reps to provide solutions for customers' needs.
