Fleet Mechanic Concrete Trucks & Equipment

Job Duties:

Inspect vehicle, engine, and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately. Inspect vehicle, computer, and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade. Inspect, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, which includes climbing silos up to but not over 100 ft. Conduct routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity. Schedule future maintenance sessions. Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues. Provide accurate estimates (time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job. Keep logs on work and issues. Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.

Requirements:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card Prior experience as a diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, or similar role preferred Ability to work on hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and heavy-duty components Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently
