POSITION

: A Level II Fleet Maintenance Mechanic requires strong experience with gas/diesel engines and hydraulics/electronics to perform maintenance on a variety of vehicles

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years' experience required Must be able to lift heavy items and work in adverse conditions Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record Must supply personal tools and tool chest Snowcat, heavy equipment experience preferred

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all fleet vehicles Maintain gas and diesel engines Provide quality control for all Level I mechanics and below Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics/electrical components Train and mentor Level I and apprentice technicians Assist Level III technicians as needed Fabrication skills Other duties as assigned
