Fleet Support Coordinator

Primary Function :

Provide support to OTR, short haul, local drivers and entire customer base. Maintain facilities including light housekeeping after hours.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with driver and customer issues promptly and courteously
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures to promote safety among driving staff
• Help direct flow of empty equipment to satisfy customer needs
• Perform general housekeeping duties when needed Issue EFS checks when needed Execute procedures in reference to vehicle accidents and on the job injuries
• Help drivers with directions when needed
• Monitor late deliveries and communicate any and all issues to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficient
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Strong problem solving ability and customer service oriented

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or GED is required; 2-Year degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Business and/or Transportation experience considered

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer
