Fleet Truck Mechanic (Full Time)

• Fleet Truck Mechanic - Come join our team!

• Responsibilities:

• Maintain trucks and trailers to meet or exceed DOT standards
• Maintain and repair mill equipment
• Perform proper documentation of efforts in appropriate record keeping systems
• Occasional fabrication of items
• Maintain parts inventory
• Process invoicing details
• Also includes some work area and housekeeping, loading and delivery of products.

Working conditions:

• Environmental conditions: dust, inclement weather, excessive noise
• Uneven/slippery work surfaces
• Welding and exhaust fumes may be present
• Multiple work levels - ladder, stairs, rampsPosition requirements:
• Lift 75# up to shoulder height
• Approved Driver Qualification file with Class A CDL
• Climb and maintain balance on ladders, bins, stairs and ramps
• Forklift and professional certifications

Schedule:

To be assigned by supervisor.

Approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Overtime may be required depending on workload.
