Fleet Wash Tech - Commercial Truck Operations Dusty's Holdings LLC DBA Fleet Clean - Indiana We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members for our growing commercial fleet washing operation servicing major transportation and waste companies across Indiana. This is a physically demanding job with long days at times. Employees operate advanced commercial wash equipment and travel from site to site servicing fleet vehicles and equipment. This is a route and performance-based position, meaning we expect our crews to work efficiently while still delivering quality service.

Starting Pay:

• $20/hour
• Overtime available
• Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities available

Job Duties:

• Wash commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Apply cleaning chemicals safely
• Brush and rinse fleet vehicles
• Operate commercial wash systems and equipment
• Travel between customer locations in company vehicles
• Document completed jobs with photos and service logs
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times

Requirements:

• Dependable transportation
• Ability to work long hours when needed
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license preferred Experience with pressure washing, trucking, labor, detailing, landscaping, construction, or industrial work is a plus but not required.

Based in Martinsville, Indiana with work throughout Indiana. Room for promotions, leadership positions, and bonuses for dependable employees who perform well.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
