Float Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate float teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, engage students in meaningful educational experiences, and promote academic growth. This role requires a commitment to developing students' managing classroom behavior effectively, and implementing diverse teaching strategies tailored to meet the needs of all learners. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing feedback to students and parents. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote overall wellness. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends and methodologies, including Montessori approaches or early childhood education strategies. Requirements Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience in literacy education or behavior management. Ability to create engaging lesson plans for preschool or School-age level children. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
