• A passion to provide a loving and nurturing environment for young minds!
• Compassion, commitment, and the ability to encourage fun and excitement for learning!
• Must be able to pass a background and abuse registry test.
• Must provide physical exam Job specifics
• M-F, We are open from 6:30 am until 6:00pm (no late nights or weekends!)
• Experience in early childhood education is recommended but not required Skills Love of children!

Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms Excellent communication and instructional skills Ability to act as mediator between children Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
