  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our educational team.
The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role involves engaging with students, assisting in lesson planning, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The Assistant Teacher will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of curriculum tailored to early childhood education. Pay is determined by experience Duties Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging environment. Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Facilitate learning through play, encouraging exploration and creativity among students. Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to lead teachers as necessary. Help prepare classroom materials and resources for daily activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom events. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool or daycare settings. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior among students. Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar environment is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
